Shipping policy

We ship every week (4-7 business days after each break). Individual $400+ "Hits" ship within 48 hours. You are solely responsible for providing us with your proper shipping address. We shall initially rely on the address you provide us through our site while ordering (primary), eBay, the payment processor you use to pay us (e.g. paypal), or emails sent directly to us at shipping@sdsportscards.com. If you have previously been shipped cards, BY DEFAULT, your next shipment will automatically ship to the last address we shipped to. YOU MUST NOTIFY US IN WRITING VIA EMAIL TO HAVE US CHANGE YOUR ADDRESS ON FUTURE SHIPMENTS

Unless you purchase insurance through our site here, or proactively request in advance and via email for shipping insurance, no cards are insured during transit. Insurance coverage only protects against damage/loss during transit (i.e. prior to carrier's delivery scan). On Hits that ship in 48 hours, you have 24 hours to purchase insurance from the time the card is hit by us--otherwise the card will ship uninsured. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages once they are in the possession of USPS/FedEx/UPS. Shipping costs are included in our prices for U.S. domestic shipments only. We also ship to Canada for an additional $25 (as seen when you make your purchase). Federal holidays may impact our shipping schedules. 

Excluding eBay-related transactions, our stamps.com system will send you tracking information if you have previously provided us your email. Please check your spam folder. Send s/h inquiries, info or changes to: shipping@sdsportscards.com. To reduce email overflow, we cannot reply to s/h inquiries that are 100% answered by the schedules above. 

We reserve the right to ship cards earlier than the schedules above!
